Storm Watching

Storm Watching

There were 110 km/h winds yesterday, and 90 km expected this afternoon, but this morning we have a short break between storms, so Constance and Hattie dashed down to the beach to catch a breath of storm-washed air.

The waves were in the process of pounding stones into sand…

…and mixing water into foam…

..and scrubbing pebbles smooth.
